By accessing the TradeX Guru website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

TradeX Guru provides invite-only access to proprietary TradingView indicators and related educational materials. Access is granted to the TradingView username provided at the time of purchase and is intended for personal use only.

Users agree not to copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, share screenshots for resale, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the indicator or its logic. Unauthorized redistribution or misuse of the product may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, including a valid TradingView username. TradeX Guru is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details submitted at the time of purchase.

All trading decisions made using the indicator are the sole responsibility of the user. TradeX Guru does not guarantee financial results, profitability, or performance outcomes. Trading involves risk, and losses are possible.

Access to the indicator is granted for the duration selected at purchase. Upon expiration of the access period, access will automatically terminate unless renewed.

TradeX Guru reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the product without prior notice. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

TradeX Guru reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of payment disputes, chargebacks, policy violations, intellectual property infringement, or misuse of the product.

These terms are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
